Salary: Rs. 10,000 - Rs. 15,000 Experience: Fresher/Upto 1 Year Key Responsibilities: · Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and support requests through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. · Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests. · Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed. · Assist in the development and implementation of customer service strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention. · Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge, CRM proficiency, and customer service skills. · Contribute to the continuous improvement of CRM processes and procedures, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency. · Aid in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience with our CRM services.
