Purpose of Job :
We are currently seeking to appoint internal responsibilities for the above coaching position at 22 yard Cricket Academy .The purpose of the role is to coach students in the cricket to bring out the best in their abilities through identifying areas for development and implementing appropriate tactics and strategies to release their full potential.
Role and Responsibilities
•The ability to behave as a role model and an ambassador for the School.
•Prior Experience of Coaching with School or Cricket academy will be added advantage
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

Role and Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver coaching sessions and activities.
- Provide feedback and give advice on players’ performance, physical and technical skills.
- Develop and discuss tactics and strategies for both individual and team play.
- Research good practice of innovative and successful coaching.
- Advise players on how to keep up a positive mental attitude and discipline, inspiring confidence and self-belief.
- Work with students to use sport as a means of personal and social development.
- Act as a role model, gaining the trust and respect of the people you work with.
- Ensure students train to a high level of health and safety at all times.
- Adhere to School policies and procedures in relation to safeguarding the discipline and health and safety requirements
•The ability to behave as a role model and an ambassador for the School.
- Excellent organizational skills.
•Prior Experience of Coaching with School or Cricket academy will be added advantage
- Reliable and punctual.
- An understanding of the rules and tactics of the sport.
- The ability to inspire and motivate young people.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- total work: 2 years (Preferred)
