Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Communication: Reach out to potential patients via phone and email to provide information about our services and answer queries.
- Counseling: Offer emotional support and guidance to patients, addressing their fears and concerns regarding our procedures.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments for consultations and follow-up visits.
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads and patients to ensure ongoing communication and support.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions with patients and update CRM systems as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with medical staff to ensure a seamless experience for patients.
- Educational Support: Provide patients with educational materials and resources related to our treatments and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience in counseling, customer service, or telecalling, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Empathy and understanding of the emotional challenges faced by patients undergoing treatments.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.
