Job Description
- Concepts & Presentations: Clearly understand the briefs and come up with exciting copy/content that attracts target audience.
- Brainstorming/ Ideation: Be able to lead brainstorming sessions independently and come up with winning ideas/content.
- Managing Bandwidth: Being able to support the team in such a way that it is always available for taking on upcoming challenges and delivering.
- Content Quality Control: Error-free delivery of all content.
- Latest Trends & Technology: Be up to date as well as bring others in the company up to date about the latest trends and offerings globally in our space.
- Identifying organizations’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content.
- Collaborate closely with digital marketing, social media, content leads, designers, and department heads.
- Work with the digital marketing team to ensure your work exceeds your organization’s expectations.
- Ensure the quality of detailed copy in English throughout all phases of projects assigned.
- Work on a variety of projects across a rich spectrum of market sectors and geographies.
- Contribute to the creation of guidelines and digital brand manuals.
- Contribute to the definition of project storytelling opportunities and assist designers, video content creators, photographers, illustrators to deliver unique project narratives.
- Embrace challenges and inspire new ways of thinking.
- Create content marketing campaigns to drive leads and subscribers Use SEO best practices to generate traffic to our site.
- Regularly produce various content types, including email, social media posts, blogs and white papers.
- Actively manage and promote our blog and pitch articles to relevant third-party platforms.
- Edit content produced by other members of the team.
- Analyse content marketing metrics and makes changes as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas.
- 2+ years of experience in English content writing (and storytelling) and helping maintain design systems for brands, digital products, social media, and services.
- Strongly adept and updated in English grammar.
- Solid competency in storytelling. Comfortable explaining your ideas to the stakeholders and to ideate the best means to present your conceptual work.
- Excellent command of the language and paraphrasing skills.
- Extraordinary attention to detail and a passion for quality balanced with speed and efficiency.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts, Literature, Journalism, or other relevant disciplines.
- Experience with social media, journalism, blogging, digital marketing, corporate communications, and/or content writing required.
- Ability to write creatively in English.
- Exhibits stylistic breadth, and attention to detail.
- Shows experience with diverse content and subject matter.
- Exhibits an inclination to learning & insights.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing and web analytics.
- Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
- The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines.
