Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging, high-quality content across various social media platforms. This role requires a passion for storytelling, an understanding of social media trends, and the ability to create visually appealing and relevant content that resonates with our audience. Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Design:
Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok, Linked In, and more.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create visually appealing posts, stories, and campaigns.
Use graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar to create custom graphics, infographics, and promotional material.
Film, edit, and produce short-form videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, and You Tube.
Social Media Strategy:
Work with the social media and marketing teams to develop content calendars that align with overall brand goals and marketing campaigns.
Stay up to date with the latest trends, memes, and viral content to create relevant and timely posts.
Help grow and maintain the brand's voice, ensuring content is consistent with the company’s tone and values.
Audience Engagement:
Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Engage with followers, influencers, and brand partners to foster a strong online community.
Participate in conversations around trending topics and create content that encourages audience interaction.
Analytics & Performance:
Track and analyze the performance of content using social media analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics).
Provide reports on engagement, reach, and content effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions to improve future content.
Test and optimize content formats, posting schedules, and targeting to maximize engagement and growth.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with influencers, photographers, and videographers to develop high-quality content.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., design, marketing, and product) to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Brainstorm and pitch new content ideas and concepts to keep the brand fresh and innovative.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a social media content creator or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across social media platforms.
Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects), Canva, and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Excellent visual storytelling, photography, videography, and editing skills.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices.
Preferred:
Experience with SEO, copywriting, or influencer marketing.
Knowledge of paid social media campaigns and tools like Facebook Ads Manager.
Familiarity with analytics platforms like Google Analytics or social media insights tools.
