Summary: The Compliance Executive / Senior Executive will be responsible for ensuring the organization complies with all labor laws and regulations, managing statutory filings, and handling employee-related compliance matters. The role involves liaising with government authorities, preparing and maintaining compliance documentation, and addressing employee queries and grievances related to EPF, ESIC, and other statutory benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of labor laws, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle audits and statutory reporting efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Handle queries and grievances related to EPF, ESIC, and other statutory benefits.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, including Factory Act, Shop and Establishment Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages, PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Maternity Act, Professional Tax, Labor Welfare Fund, and BOCW Act.
Implement and oversee policies related to labor laws such as PF-ESIC, Contract Labour Act, Payment of Wages, Minimum Wages, Payment of Bonus, Payment of Gratuity, Workmen Compensation, and Leave Policy.
Maintain compliance records such as Attendance Registers, Wages Registers, PF-ESI Deductions, Overtime, Leave Registers, Accident Books, and Inspection Books.
Conduct contract labor audits on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, and ensure customer-specific compliance.
Update notice boards and manage the renewal and amendment of licenses, and respond to notices from regulatory departments.
File statutory returns, including under CLRA, Employee Exchange Return, Payment of Wages, Minimum Wages, Payment of Bonus, Maternity, POSH Act, and NFH Act.
Liaise with government authorities, including Labor Department, PF, and ESIC offices.
Support employee engagement activities and maintain positive employee relations.
Create a positive work environment to encourage employee motivation and performance.
Assist the organization in meeting its compliance-related goals and targets.
