Coding trainer
Responsibilities:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions on MERN stack (Mongo DB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and/or Android development.
- Design and deliver lesson plans, assignments, and assessments to help students grasp key concepts.
- Provide one-on-one support and guidance to students, helping them troubleshoot coding issues and understand difficult concepts.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the curriculum remains current and relevant.
- Prepare students for real-world job scenarios by conducting mock interviews, coding challenges, and project-based learning.
- Develop course materials, resources, and projects that enhance the learning experience.
- Encourage and motivate students to reach their full potential and achieve their career goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in MERN stack and/or Android development.
- Prior teaching or training experience (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex coding concepts in a simple and clear manner.
- Problem-solving skills and patience to support students in their learning journey.
- Familiarity with industry best practices, coding standards, and debugging techniques.
- Passion for mentoring and developing the next generation of tech professionals.
