Requirements and Skills
Proven experience as an office coordinator or similar role.
Customer service experience is a plus.
Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and office management procedures.
Proficient in MS Office.
Familiarity with office equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Reliable, patient, and professional.
Associate’s/College degree; a BSc/BA in business administration or a relevant field is a plus.
