Key Responsibilities:
· Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precise components according to engineering specifications related to precision agriculture technologies.
· Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine setup requirements and machining processes.
· Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance, making adjustments as necessary to maintain high-quality output.
· Conduct quality checks on finished products using precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specifications and tolerances.
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and company policies.
· Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise to minimize downtime.
· Collaborate with engineers and team members to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience as a CNC Milling Operator or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment related to agriculture or technology.
- Proficiency in operating CNC milling machines and familiarity with G-code programming.
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials relevant to precision agriculture applications.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a manufacturing setting.
