Job Description:-We are looking for a skilled chocolatier with2-3 years of experience in the chocolate industry to join our bean to bar manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have to strong understanding of cocoa beans, tempering techniques and chocolate production.
Key Responsibilities:-
Bean Processing and Quality Control:-

• Oversee the selection and processing of cocoa beans, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
• Monitor and the fermentation, drying and roasting of beans.

Tempering and Production:

• Execute precise tempering techniques to achieve optimal chocolate consistency and sheen.
• Manage small batch chocolate production ,from grinding to conching ,ensuring high quality output.

New Product Development:

• Collaborate with the R&D team to develop new chocolate products and flavors.
• Experiment with ingredients, techniques and recipes to innovate and enhance our product line.

Machine & Equipment Management:

• Operate and maintain chocolate -making machinery and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth production process.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct regular quality check throughout the production process.

Qualification & Skills Required:

• Relevant certification or degree in Culinary Arts,food scienece or a related field is preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in chocolate making,preferably in a bean-to-bar environment.
• Strong understanding of cocoa bean processing ,tempering techniques and small batch production.
• Experience with new product development and creative approach to chocolate flavoring and design.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
