The details are given below- Designation - Chess Teacher / Coach Location- Pune (Hadapsar) 2 days a Week job JD-Below Duties/Responsibilities: We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Chess Teacher to inspire and educate students of all ages in the game of chess. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of chess strategy and tactics, along with the ability to engage and motivate students. This position involves teaching chess fundamentals, organizing tournaments, and fostering a love for the game. Responsibilities;-
Teach chess principles, strategies, and tactics to students of varying skill levels, from beginners to advanced players.
Curriculum Development- Create and implement engaging lesson plans and materials tailored to the needs and interests of students.
Skill Assessment - Evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their game.
Tournament Organization - Plan and oversee chess tournaments and events, ensuring a fun and competitive atmosphere.
Community Engagement - Foster a welcoming chess community by encouraging collaboration, teamwork, and sportsmanship among students.
Professional Development - Stay updated on chess strategies, teaching methods, and educational resources to enhance your own skills and knowledge.
Communication - Maintain open lines of communication with students and parents regarding progress, upcoming events, and any concerns.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of chess rules, strategies, and competitive play.
- Experience teaching or coaching chess, preferably in a school or community setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage students of all ages.
- Patience and enthusiasm for teaching, along with the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
