Catalog Associate
· Work closely with Designers to obtain accurate product information.
· Resolve any issues related to product data, quality, or availability.
· Create and update accurate and complete product information, including titles, descriptions, prices, and images etc.
· Ensure that product data is consistent and follows a standardized format.
· Ensure the given SLAs (Service Level agreements) are met as per set quality standards.
· Enhance product descriptions and titles using information provided by designers to attract and engage customers.
· Manage product images, ensuring they meet quality and resolution standards. Verify that images accurately represent the products.
· Collaborate with Visual Merchandising teams to ensure review and correct product listings for accuracy and consistency. Identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors in product data.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, visual merchandising, and customer support etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
