- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
- Experience: Required 6 month Minimum Experience in FMCG Cash Counter.
- Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred but not always necessary.
- Experience handling cash and operating a cash register is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Proficiency in using cash registers, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and other related technology.
- Customer Service Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
- Ability to handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
- Attention to Detail:
- Accuracy in processing transactions and managing cash.
- Organizational Skills:
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Reliability and Punctuality:
- Dependability in showing up for shifts on time and adhering to the work schedule.
- Flexibility:
- Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, if needed.
- Positive Attitude:
- Friendly and approachable demeanor that contributes to a pleasant customer experience.
- Problem-Solving Skills:
- Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently, such as discrepancies in cash or customer service problems.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
