Key Responsibilities:
Guest Management:
- Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Provide assistance to guests during their stay, addressing inquiries and requests.
- Ensure a pleasant guest experience by maintaining cleanliness, comfort, and safety.
- Handle check-outs and manage guest feedback for continuous improvement.
- Property Maintenance:
- Oversee the cleanliness and upkeep of rooms, common areas, gardens, and other outdoor spaces.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure facilities are functioning (plumbing, electricity, heating, etc.).
- Handle minor repairs or coordinate with external service providers for maintenance work.
- Housekeeping:
- Ensure clean and prepare rooms before guest arrival and after check-out.
- Ensure Maintain linen and towels, ensuring they are clean and available.
- Ensure restock toiletries and other essentials in guest rooms.
- Security:
- Ensure the safety and security of the property at all times.
- Monitor entry and exit points, ensuring only authorized persons enter the property.
- Implement basic safety measures, such as locking doors and maintaining outdoor lighting.
- Gardening and Landscaping:
- Tend to the garden areas, ensuring that plants and outdoor spaces are well-kept.
- Water plants, prune trees, and manage any seasonal landscaping requirements.
- Inventory and Supplies:
- Keep track of stock and supplies needed for guest services (toiletries, cleaning products, linens, etc.).
- Coordinate with suppliers to restock items as needed.
- Emergency Response:
- Be available to address any emergencies or guest issues promptly.
- Communicate with the property owner or management in case of urgent situations.
- Local Knowledge:
- Provide guests with information about local attractions, dining options, and activities.
- Assist in arranging transportation, tours, or other guest requests as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or property management is preferred.
- Basic handyperson skills for minor repairs.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of local attractions and services.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Trustworthy, reliable, and attentive to details.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with flexibility required during guest stays.
- Accommodation will provided on the property.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
