Care Assistant (Male)
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to provide essential support and care for children with special needs and adults with disabilities or disabling conditions. The ideal candidate will be patient, empathetic, and committed to enhancing the quality of life for the individuals in their care. You will work closely with a team of professionals to ensure the physical, emotional, and educational needs of the patients are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with Daily Activities:
Support patients who are provided treatment in our facility
Assist patients with various activities, under the guidance of teachers and therapists.
Medical Assistance:
Administer diet/Nutraceutical as prescribed and monitor patient’s health conditions.
Assist with physical therapy exercises and other therapeutic activities.
Emotional and Behavioral Support:
Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients, fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
Implement behavior management strategies and support in developing coping skills.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with guardians, teachers, therapists, and other professionals involved in the patient's care.
Maintain accurate records of each patient's progress, daily activities, and any incidents.
Safety and Wellbeing:
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of patients at all times, following health and safety guidelines.
Respond to emergencies and incidents appropriately, reporting any concerns to supervisors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
