Job Summary:
The Car Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, and converting inquiries into sales. The role involves understanding customer needs, offering suitable vehicle options, and achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing them with exceptional service.
Conduct field sales activities including customer visits, test drives, and follow-ups.
Stay up-to-date with the latest models, features, and automotive trends.
Provide accurate information regarding car models, financing options, and after-sales services.
Handle customer inquiries and address concerns with professionalism and product knowledge.
Maintain proper documentation for sales transactions and deliveries.
Participate in promotional activities such as vehicle showcases and events.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals.
Qualifications:
Plus Two (12th grade) or any Graduation.
Valid 2-wheeler and LMV driving license.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-centric approach with good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Experience:
Open to Freshers and Experienced candidates.
Skills Required:

Good knowledge of automotive products.
