Project Details- Sr. Citizen Helpline- 14567 is national helpline for Sr. Citizens. It is Government of India project run by Arteva in Uttarakhand REQUIRED SKILLSETS: - Strong Hindi Communication Skills & moderate English speaking - Regional accent will be preferred - Experience working in Social Sector/Call center/Government projects will be preferred - Knowledge of MS office is must KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible to receive calls from Sr. Citizens & guide them as per project & Government of India guidelines - Participate in various campaigns related to Sr. citizens - Will be responsible for making reports & other clerical works - Giving presentation and arranging demonstration of the services in different government sectors - Responsible for working in alignment with other Government departments. Timing will be rotational 08.00am -05.00pm or 11.00am -08.00pm (Rotational Off as well).
