Key Responsibilities
Qualifications and Skills
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Oversee all aspects of regulatory compliance, ensuring that the company operates within the legal and regulatory framework
- Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies, legal advisors, and auditors
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all company meetings, including board meetings and general meetings
- Provide expert advice and guidance on corporate governance and company law issues
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and disclosures
- Monitor changes in relevant legislation and regulatory requirements, and implement necessary changes to company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and standards

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in law, business, or a related field; a Master's degree and/or professional certification in corporate governance or compliance is highly desirable
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of ensuring regulatory compliance within a corporate environment
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels within the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on attention to detail
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for corporate governance and compliance management
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
