Responsibilities :
- Applying skills and tools to identify and solve complex business issues
- Conducting and documenting analysis, applying guidelines and standards to minimize gaps
- Differentiating strategic and tactical decisions basis longitudinal impact analysis
- Understanding business problems and goals of various users and supporting with insights
- Guiding MIS team for addressing their responsibilities as per expectation.
- Supporting the implementation and rollout of the proposed data solutions
- Analysing past data trends to predict future projections
- Presenting your findings to business stakeholders
- Ownership of various Business Dashboards
- Driving Data Automation through Python and Databricks
- Coordinating with other teams for timely and complete project go lives
- Analysis of impact for various projects/initiatives/experiments

A bachelor’s degree in engineering/business/related field

1+ yr of experience as a Business Analyst
-
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
-
Strong problem-solving & ability to work in ambiguous environments with high ownership
- Proficiency in SQL (Expert) and Excel (Expert)
- Hands on experience with Python, Snowflake, Databrick, Powerpoint

Understanding of basic statistics and probability concepts
- Strong drive to move fast and break barriers
