You will be responsible for defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities and developing a business case to achieve the vision. Your role will involve collaborating with multiple teams and engaging in key decision-making processes. You will contribute to problem-solving for your immediate team and across multiple teams, providing innovative solutions. This position requires a management level of 9 and is based in Mumbai. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead current state assessments - Identify high level customer requirements - Define business solutions and structures needed to realize opportunities Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) - Good To Have Skills: Experience with business process modeling tools - Strong understanding of business architecture principles - Experience in developing business cases - Knowledge of industry best practices in business architecture Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) - This position is based in Mumbai - A 15 years full time education is required
