Summary: As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will provide business agility and technology innovation advisory services to aid clients in outlearning and outperforming the competition. You will play a crucial role in organizational transformation and contribute to the success of our clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business agility and technology innovation. - Assist clients in identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for organizational transformation. - Provide guidance and support in adopting agile methodologies and practices. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote business agility. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Now IT Operations Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Service Now IT Service Management. - Strong understanding of IT operations management principles and best practices. - Experience in implementing and configuring Service Now IT Operations Management modules. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and its application in IT operations management. - Familiarity with incident, problem, change, and release management processes. - Ability to analyze and optimize IT operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Service Now IT Operations Management. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
