Managing the Walk-in Customer and solving the on ground problems of the loan product
Adhering to high ethical standard for Customer verification & Online data upload
Helping in Loan disbursement to BM and Verify the CIBIL & Docs given by Field staff
Sharing MIS to Internal stakeholders time to time
Any other Business requirement he should be attended and fulfilled time to time
Responsible for Digital repayment of loan of the customers
Maintaining CCTV function, Hardware, software , LAPTOP & other Company assets
Follow up with Internal team to solve the queries of customer, staff & Audit compliance
