Job Summary :
We are seeking a Knowledgeable Bulk Milk Collection Chemist to join our team. Ideal candidate Responsible for quality of milk collected from dairy farms. Maintaining Compliance & Industry Standard & Regulations.
- Location : Jabalpur & Pan India
- Conduct Chemical & Microbiological analysis of bulk milk samples to Ensure Quality & Safety.
- Monitor & Evaluate Milk Quality parameter Including Fat content protein level & Microbial load.
- Ensure Complain with Food safety Regulations & Industry standards.
- Providing Training and Guidance to collection staff on proper sampling and handling techniques.
- Prepare reports on milk Quality trends & Communication Finding to management.
- Fresher ITI , IDD Bsc( Agriculture , Dairy science).
- Bachelor Degree in Chemistry Dairy Science , Food Science or related Field .
- Previous Experience Milk Testing or dairy chemistry is prefered.
