Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced BIM Modeler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating and managing BIM models for a variety of projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. This role involves close collaboration with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that project models reflect the design intent and adhere to industry standards.

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month

This role involves close collaboration with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that project models reflect the design intent and adhere to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage BIM models for diverse architectural and structural projects.
- Create detailed 2D and 3D designs using Auto CAD and Revit that meet client and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure BIM models align with design intent and project goals.
- Generate accurate construction documentation, including floor plans, sections, elevations, and detailing using Revit.
- Produce high-quality building animations and visualizations for client presentations and proposals.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure that designs are delivered on time and meet project timelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to BIM modeling and workflows.
- Continuously update and maintain BIM libraries and standards for use in future projects.
- Need to carry own Laptop.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit and Navisworks.
- Strong experience in creating 2D/3D architectural and structural designs and construction documentation.
- Expertise in producing building animations and architectural visualizations.
- Familiarity with MEP, architectural, and structural design workflows.
- Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and BIM protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience working on large-scale architectural or construction projects.
- Knowledge of additional design software like Sketch Up, Lumion, or 3ds Max is a plus.
