Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architect to join Virtual Building Studio. In this role, you will develop accurate BIM models and technical documentation based on client-provided designs. You will receive comprehensive training in BIM software to ensure efficiency and precision in delivering high-quality project outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed BIM models based on designs provided by clients.
- Prepare construction documentation, including plans, sections, and elevations using BIM software.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure models meet project requirements and industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with US building codes and regulations.
- Assist in coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Review and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Understanding of architectural and construction documentation processes.
- Willingness to learn and be trained in BIM software.
- Familiarity with US building codes and standards is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with existing designs.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
