Responsibilities:
Billing and Invoicing:

• Generate accurate and timely invoices for products and services.
• Ensure adherence to billing policies and procedures.
• Verify and validate billing information to maintain data accuracy.

Data Entry and Documentation:

• Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and other billing-related documents.
• Enter data into billing systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Assist in maintaining an efficient filing system.

Excel Proficiency:

• Utilize advanced Excel functions to streamline billing processes.
• Create and manage spreadsheets for tracking and reporting purposes.

Communication:

• Liaise with internal teams to gather necessary billing information.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing matters professionally and promptly.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct regular reviews of billing data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with team members to improve billing accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:
Education:
Minimum of a 12th or Bachelor’s degree.
Experience:
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in billing and invoicing.
Experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions.
Familiarity with billing software is an advantage.
Attention to Detail:
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and documentation.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Benefits:
