Customer Service
· Responsible for fulfilling customer appointments, recommending best products and services based on their deep understanding of customer needs and delivering them at their doorstep
· Ensure hassle-free, quick and smooth acquisition journey to delight our customers
Generate Sales leads
· Responsible for generating sales through cold calling for various Airtel Plans, plan upgrades & products including Mobility, Broadband and Airtel Black for new & existing Airtel customers.
· Deliver on all agreed KPIs with adherence to all the defined processes
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
