Position Overview:
The Backoffice and KYC Executive is responsible for supporting the operational functions of the organization, particularly in Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements while facilitating smooth internal operations.
Key Responsibilities: 1. KYC Compliance:
- Conduct due diligence and verification of customer identities.
- Review and assess customer documentation for compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in KYC databases.
2. Backoffice Operations:
- Support daily operational tasks such as data entry, document management, and reporting.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and analytics related to KYC activities.
3. Customer Interaction:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding KYC requirements and processes.
- Facilitate communication with clients to gather necessary information for KYC checks.
4. Regulatory Adherence:
- Stay informed about changes in regulations affecting KYC and compliance.
- Assist in internal audits and compliance reviews as needed.
