B2B Enterprise Sales - Edtech experience mandatory

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Enterprise Sales and Partnerships:**
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and secure new enterprise partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Conduct market research to identify potential enterprise clients and industries for growth.
2. **Sales Analytics and Reporting:**
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market analysis.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales strategies and achieve targets.
3. **Lead Hunting and Appointment Setting:**
- Identify potential leads through various channels such as online research, networking events, and industry databases.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments with key decision-makers for the sales team.
- Develop and maintain a robust lead pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
4. **Communication and Presentation:**
- Effectively communicate U-Next’s value proposition to prospective clients over the phone and through virtual meetings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential partners.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information about U-Next’s offerings.
5. **Collaboration and Coordination:**
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align efforts and achieve common goals.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of enterprise partnerships.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of sales analytics and experience with CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to identify, qualify, and secure leads in the enterprise sector.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word) and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in the Edtech industry.
- Familiarity with online degree programs and their value proposition.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
