Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our 24/7 AWS Monitoring Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring our AWS infrastructure, responding to security/infra incidents, and ensuring the overall health and performance of our cloud services. This role requires a strong understanding of AWS services, cloud security best practices, and incident response procedures.
Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Guard Duty, IAM etc)
• Familiarity with AWS security best practices and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Cloud Watch, Cloud Trail, third-party solutions).

Certifications (preferred):

• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioners or Solutions Architect.

Work Schedule:

• This position requires a commitment to a 24/7 monitoring schedule, including weekends and holidays. Flexibility in shifts is essential.
