Automobile Service Advisor
Service Advisor acts as liasion between customer and service technicians, consulting with mechanicis regarding repair and possible alternative to expensive repairs. Providing customers with information and advice on warranty, protection, potential cost savings and advanrages of trading in versus fixing their car. Managing and overseeing the dealership workflow and schedule. Liaising with servie technicians about parts ordering and ensuring parts are available when required.
