EY Wavespace: Process Facilitator- Associate
The opportunity
We are looking for a Process Facilitator for EY wavespace team in our Trivandrum/ Bangalore office.
EY wavespace is about people and business outcomes. We design immersive programs that bring the right people together, giving them the mindset and collaborative tools to think differently. These days we are doing this both virtually and in-person for clients around the world.

Responsibilities:

Enable design-thinking led experiences with clients across the various associated activities
Apply creativity, critical thinking and client-centric perspectives to build and evolve capabilities of the team and produce work products
Be adaptable and flexible to lead workstreams across project management, designing activities, facilitating, primary and secondary research, proposals etc.
Curate and build content, work on research including conducting interviews for primary research, synthesize findings to meaningful insights.
Work closely with Experience Manager to collaborate and contribute to the success and outcomes from experiences
Take a collaborative approach to work, with motivation to develop your skills by taking ownership of new challenges and have a genuine interest in solving complex business problems
Manage data effectively, ensuring accuracy, security, and accessibility to support decision-making and project outcomes.
Develop and maintain project documentation and governance processes to ensure compliance, quality standards, and continuous improvement.

Skills and attributes for success

Understanding of design-thinking and other creative and collaborative methodologies.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex information and derive actionable insights.
High level of adaptability, flexibility, and ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity.
Proficiency in data management, with a keen eye for detail and understanding of data integrity.
Ability to articulate ideas clearly and communicate effectively with all organizational levels.
Experience in project coordination, capable of leading and managing independent workstreams.
Knowledge of project governance, including documentation practices and compliance requirements.
Collaborative working style and commitment to developing personal and team capabilities.

Ideally, you’ll also have

Advanced degree preferred, 2+ years professional experience in design thinking/ session design and delivery/ facilitation/ innovation or related areas
