As a Transformation professional within our “ Market ops platform team” , you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm
You will be committed to driving delivery through the use of process redesign, data, and technology working in partnership with Product Mangers, Tech Delivery Managers and vendor and Operations stakeholders.
You will aim to bring teams, data and intelligence together to help centralize workflow solutions across multiple product lines using vendor platform to prioritize business use cases, prioritise business critical actions, accelerate response times & optimize resolution pathways driving Operational Efficiency, Client Excellence & Pro-Active Risk Mitigation
You will be responsible for the delivery of key priority use cases through effective collaboration, identifying and removing challenges and managing dependencies of varying complexity.
Job responsibilities
- Lead, manage and drive execution the end-to-end delivery of assigned business cases within Access fintech program and collaborating closely with teams across relevant Business teams, Technology, Vendor and Ops stakeholders
- Shape and drive activities supporting the governance protocols
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Product Managers, partners, stakeholders, and team members
- Drive problem solving and decision making working towards value driven delivery roadmaps
- Identify and escalate any issues, risks or dependencies and facilitate communication across the impacted teams
- Analyse, and mitigate program risks, managing program issues to minimize impact on delivery. Ensure timely resolution of issues and escalate when necessary.
- Develop and maintain program plans with clear timelines and business value, focussing on plan vs delivery
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the program team
- Facilitate regular meetings with Product Managers and Partners to gather feedback, scorecard updates and ensure alignment with business goals and value.
Required qualifications, capabilities, skills and experience
- Proven experience in driving, executing and delivery of Programs within the financial services industry in the Markets domain
- Experience working in agile teams with technologists and project managers
- Confident to question business and technology requirements and solutions respectively
- Excellent communication (both written and oral), ability to create and deliver executive summary and presentations
- Relationship building skills and work in a collaborative team environment
- Logical and structured approach to planning, analysis and decision-making
- Organized and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Experience of using JIRA ,MS Office, Alteryx and Tableau
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities with attention to detail in written documentation
- Strong stakeholder management skills at both working group and senior management level
