Roles and Responsibilities-
1)Patient Care: Oversee and ensure the delivery of high-quality dental care to patients.
2)Supervision: Directly supervise and mentor other dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff .
3)Compliance: Ensure that the dental clinic operates in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
4)Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
5)Training: Ensure that the dental team is trained to assist you and respond effectively to emergencies.
6)Educational Outreach: Conduct educational outreach programs in the community to promote oral health and preventive care.
