Position Summary

We are seeking an Admin individual who will be responsible for effective property management requires a diverse skill set, including stock management and bookkeeping in both systems and manual formats. Proficiency in event and facility management is essential, along with the ability to handle CCTV systems using DVR/NVR technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stock management, book keepings in system & manual, event management, facility management, Property management skills required.

  • CCTV with DVR/ NVR handling,

  • Knowledge in electrical panels, DG/ UPS, AHU, general MEP & civil.

  • Liasioning ability with government, local authorities, banks.

  • Vendors management - selection, skills, contracts, invoice checking & passing.

  • Handling fire system in FAS, FF & training modes.

  • Willing to travel in other locations (internals & externals) with travel desk handling knowledge including guest house management.

Core Skills & Experience

  • Experience of minimum 5 years relevant administrative experience & must be from Facility background.

  • Knowledge in making comparison statements and MIS reports.

  • Preferred B-Tech in Electrical / Diploma in Electrical / Hotel Management graduate.

  • Should be good in communication & should have local market knowledge.

  • In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite (Excel, Power Point & Word will be mostly used)

  • Ability to organize daily workload by priorities

  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving skill
