Calendar Management: Maintain and manage the CEO’s schedule, including scheduling appointments, meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, (written, spoken English language). Serve as the gatekeeper for the CEO, managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Draft and edit emails, presentations, and reports as required.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, materials, and minutes for executive meetings. Follow up on action items and ensure timely execution of decisions.
Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Prepare detailed itineraries and travel briefs.
Project Management: Assist the CEO with the execution of special projects, including tracking progress, ensuring deadlines are met, and coordinating with various departments.
Document Management: Organize and maintain files, records, and documents, both electronic and physical. Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners. Facilitate communication between the CEO and other executives, employees, and external partners.
Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating events, conferences, and team off-sites, ensuring logistics and details are flawlessly executed.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Share Point, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook). Experience with scheduling software and project management tools is a plus.
Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
