Artwork Reviewer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Artwork Reviewer to join our dynamic team in the pharmaceutical industry. The Artwork Reviewer will be responsible for reviewing and approving artwork for packaging and labeling to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, company guidelines, and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of pharmaceutical packaging regulations.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Artwork Reviewer to join our dynamic team in the pharmaceutical industry. The Artwork Reviewer will be responsible for reviewing and approving artwork for packaging and labeling to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, company guidelines, and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of pharmaceutical packaging regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Artwork Review and Approval:
- Review and approve the artwork of primary/secondary and tertiary packaging materials.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of information, including product claims, dosage instructions, and ingredient lists.
- To Ensure compliance with the Indian guideline, and as well as International guidelines.
- Knowledge of Pharmacopeia, IP/BP/USP/EP/JP etc.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Verify that all artwork meets legal and regulatory standards specific to the pharmaceutical industry.
- Stay current with changes in regulations and guidelines affecting pharmaceutical labeling and packaging.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, and Production, to address any artwork-related issues or concerns.
- Provide feedback and guidance on artwork revisions to ensure compliance and alignment with brand standards.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of artwork reviews, approvals, and revisions.
- Prepare and present reports on artwork review status and compliance metrics as needed.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct quality checks to ensure that the final printed materials match approved artwork.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to artwork.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in artwork review, pharmaceutical packaging, or a related field.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and industry standards for pharmaceutical labeling and packaging.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in artwork review software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Artwork Review: 2 years (Preferred)
- Regulatory compliance: 2 years (Preferred)
- Design: 1 year (Preferred)
