Art Teacher
Job description & Position Summary:
Oasis School is looking for an experienced Art and Craft Teacher who is responsible for teaching students various artistic techniques, encouraging creativity, and helping them develop their artistic abilities.
The teacher guides students in exploring different materials, techniques, and mediums to express themselves artistically. They also play a crucial role in nurturing students' appreciation for art and craft.
Curriculum Development:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Experience:

- Salary is based on Previous Experience.
Curriculum Development:
- Design and implement lesson plans that are age-appropriate, creative, and align with educational standards.
- Teach students the fundamentals of art, including color theory, composition, and perspective.
- Demonstrate various techniques in drawing, painting, sculpting, and crafting.
- Provide individual and group instruction, adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of different learners.
- Encourage students to experiment with different mediums and materials.
- Inspire creativity and foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their work and help them improve their skills.
- Organize and oversee student projects, exhibitions, and art shows.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
- Ensure that all materials are used responsibly and that students follow safety guidelines.
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
- Assess student progress through observations, critiques, and formal assessments. Keep records of student achievements and areas for improvement.
- Communicate with parents/guardians about student progress and any concerns.
- Stay updated on current trends and developments in art education.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate art into the broader curriculum.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Experience:
- total work: 1 year (Preferred)
