The Senior Architect will help plan and design buildings along with a team of Architects. They brainstorm project ideas, complete design drawings in CAD Software and assist in reviewing project proposals, remaining a part of the process from conception through development.
Preparing scaled drawings and contract documents for building contractors using Revit.
Planning diagrams/layouts during schematic design, demonstrating ability to arrange a unified design
Sourcing materials for construction
Researching and identifying products (finishes, fixtures, etc.).
An Architectural Designer is responsible for implementing all architectural project(s), including Design, Construction Documents, Permitting, Bidding, and Construction Administration.
Supervise all architectural works and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications.
An Architect is responsible for the largest, most technically complex, challenging and complicated assignments.
