Duties and Responsibilities:
COA (Council of Architecture)
Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Complete and file much of the paperwork that is involved in the design process.
- Create proposals and complete construction paperwork for buildings.
- In order to ensure that projects follow legal specifications and company procedures, they ensure all required documents and paperwork are submitted before the construction process is started.
- Work with Architects assisting with various projects.
- Help to plan and design buildings.
- Work on design drawings.
- Assist in reviewing project proposals and specs.
- Help with compiling required paperwork and documents for projects.
- Help coordinate details of architectural projects.
- The Senior Architect will help plan and design buildings along with a team of Architects. They brainstorm project ideas, complete design drawings in CAD Software and assist in reviewing project proposals, remaining a part of the process from conception through development.
- Preparing scaled drawings and contract documents for building contractors using Revit.
- Planning diagrams/layouts during schematic design, demonstrating ability to arrange a unified design
- Sourcing materials for construction
- Researching and identifying products (finishes, fixtures, etc.).
- An Architectural Designer is responsible for implementing all architectural project(s), including Design, Construction Documents, Permitting, Bidding, and Construction Administration.
- Supervise all architectural works and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications.
- An Architect is responsible for the largest, most technically complex, challenging and complicated assignments.
