Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing structures. As an Architect, you will be responsible for drafting using Cad Software, planning, designing for Govt. projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and objectives for new construction or renovation projects.
- Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software, BIM tools, and hand sketches.
- Create project timelines, cost estimates, and specifications based on client requirements and project scope.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detaild and deadlines.
- Use sustainable design principles and innovative solutions to create energy-efficient and environmentally friendly buildings.
- Prepare and present detailed drawings, 3D models, and architectural plans to clients and stakeholders for approval.
- Participate in project meetings and coordinate with other departments, including structural, mechanical, and electrical teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in design software such as Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities to explain design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of sustainable architecture and green building practices is a plus.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial Govt. projects architecture .
- Expertise in Cad Softwares.
