Architect
Join our Hind Design team as an Architect! We’re looking for a creative individual with strong skills in industrial and commercial projects designs, drafting, 3D modeling, and project coordination. Experience in large-scale projects and proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketchup, Vray/Lumion, and Photoshop is required.
Responsibilities:
Schedule: Day Shift
Location: In-person
Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Responsibilities:
- Design landscape master plans, drawings and details.
- Budgeting, calculations of BOM and cost evaluations.
- Vendor management & Project execution.
- Coordinate all working teams and tracking project timelines as per site progress.
- 5+ years in large-scale projects.
- Having strong technical background for execution of industrial drawings.
- Experience in building designs or factory designs.
- Strong in concept, schematic, technical and working drawings.
- Knowledge in Electrical and Plumbing drawings is required and in machineries is preferred.
- Leadership skills and construction planning experience.
