Architect at Studio Andem
Position: Architect
Experience: 4-5 years in the industry

Salary Package: 25,000 to 30,000 per month, commensurate with skill

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Design and Development:

• Conceptualize and develop design ideas for residential and commercial

projects.

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and standards.

2. Client Collaboration:

• Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project

requirements.

• Present design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Incorporate client feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.

3. Project Management:

• Oversee the project lifecycle from initial concept to completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

4. Site Supervision:

• Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities and ensure alignment with design specifications.
• Address any issues or discrepancies that arise during construction.

5. Sustainability and Innovation:

• Integrate sustainable and environmentally friendly practices into designs.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in architecture.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of design changes, project milestones, and client communications.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 4-5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in both residential and commercial projects.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as Auto CAD, Enscape, Revit, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite,
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
