Architect
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our team in designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures. The ideal candidate will have expertise in architectural design software and possess a creative flair for innovative design solutions.
Duties
- Develop architectural designs based on client requirements and project specifications
- Utilise software such as Revit, Sketchup, and CAD to create detailed drawings and visualisations
- Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure design feasibility
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and resolve any design issues that may arise
Skills
- Proficiency in architectural software including Revit, 3ds Max, Sketchup, and CAD
- Strong project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and joinery
- Familiarity with Grasshopper for parametric design is advantageous
- Ability to use Navis Works for clash detection and coordination
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹320,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
