We are seeking a talented Architect specializing in elevation planning and conceptualization. The role involves creating innovative, aesthetically appealing building exteriors that meet functional requirements and client visions, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of architectural principles. You will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of buildings, ensuring that projects meet both aesthetic and functional standards .
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

- Develop design concepts and architectural plans.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and construction phases.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and engineers.
- Ensure designs comply with local regulations and sustainability standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in Auto CAD .
- Strong knowledge of building codes and materials.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
