Job Description :
We are looking for a skilled and creative Architect to join our team at CM Associates, at Raipur Chhattisgarh. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and managing projects that range from residential and commercial to institutional and public spaces. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and fellow architects to develop cutting-edge solutions that align with our clients' visions and meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
Role: Architect (Minimum 3 Years Experience)
Role Definition: An architect is responsible for executing the tasks through co-ordination with the principal architect, the client, consultants and the team members for the execution of the task like conceptional plans, estimates, working drawings & site visits.
Day Time: 10.30 AM to 07.00 PM (½ Hrs Lunch)
Responsibilities:
1. Designing conceptional plans & generating estimates.
2. Good coordination between the team, clients, consultants and contractor.
3. Developing leadership skills and abilities to manage & execute all the sequential tasks efficiently.
Task & activities During Works:
1. Designing Concepts & presentation drawings
2. Scheduling working drawings and delivering on / before time.
3. Estimation work.
4. 3D visualizing the Concept.
5. Working drawings.
6. Daily reporting the tasks.
Coordination Work:
1. Coordination with - Consultant, Contractor, Team, Clients, and follow-ups.
2. Achieving the deliverables. On/before the assigned time by keeping track on the site stages.
Measurement metrics:
1. Task completed within given time.
2. Error & miscommunications made.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
