Should be experienced in backend OS support activities Backend DB a Linux RHEL 8 DB Server b Windows 2012 R2Application Server c Oracle DB version 1922
Must be aware and experienced in middleware IIS 100143930 Bitvise SSH Server848
Should have Telecom knowledge
For Saturday Month end activity On desk support must be provid
Responsibilities
In general 24X365 days on desk support must be provided
Must be experienced and able to support below L2 level of BAU activities
Configuration management Provide inputs to CMDB Sanity test for config changes Review report the discrepancies Implement planned config changes
Incident management Must be able work on P1P2P3P4 incidents and also to run the high priority incidents Con Call to identify the RCA towards Permanent fix
Service Request Support Regular SRs to be handled Ownership for coordinating for any L3 issues L1 L2 support
Problem management Raise PR Investigate to find RCA for permanent fix
Change management Release management Support all L3Development deliverables Attend cab meetings
Patch Management Support for security patches Ex OS and DB path upgrades
Availability Management Business continuity Planning DR Recovery Management
Software Asset management Systematically track evaluate manage and optimize the software licenses and software usage Knowledge management Backup recovery Restoration Application performance management Transaction reconciliation Continuous improvement optimization Innovation Transformation & Tools Automation
