Architect
● Preparing GFC drawings as per site requirements.
● Preparing sketches/ drawings/ 3D/ presentation for better communication amongst
various teams involved in the project.
● Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service
engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors etc.
● Control project execution at site to ensure quality of construction, correct execution
of drawings and smooth flow of process
● Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines
and regulations
● Record the site status and deadlines of projects.
● Cooperate and liaise with professionals related to the project
Desired Candidate Profile:
● Experience - minimum of 2-7yrs
● Qualification- B.Arch
● Good knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations
and quality standards
● Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
● Good understanding of structural and MEP drawings, modern building construction methods
and materials.
● Excellent technical skills, particularly with CAD software & basic knowledge of
Sketch Up.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
