Job Description:
We are seeking a Manager with expertise in outdoor print advertising for Neolines Media and Advertising, a division of the Confederation of Young Leaders of India. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing projects related to flex prints, backdrops, standees, signboards, and other forms of outdoor advertising.
This is an office-based position in South Delhi (Saket), New Delhi, and the selected candidate will need to begin work immediately.

- Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities and projects in the outdoor print advertising sector.
- Client Relations: Meet potential clients, present our services, and develop strong relationships to drive sales.
- Project Coordination: Liaise with factories to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of advertising materials.
- Sales Pitching: Communicate effectively with companies about our offerings and how our services can meet their advertising needs.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated with trends in outdoor advertising and leverage industry insights to enhance sales efforts.
- Experience: Prior knowledge and experience in outdoor print advertising is mandatory.
- Communication: Proficiency in both English and Hindi is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, sales, and coordination skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work immediately from our office in South Delhi, Saket.
