Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students regarding admission processes, program offerings, and career opportunities.
- Manage and update admission databases using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Word.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information.
- Assist students in completing application forms and resolving queries.
- Maintain and organize records of prospective and enrolled students.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth enrollment processes.
- Follow up with prospective students to ensure they are well-informed about admission deadlines and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Word.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong command of written and spoken English.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in a similar role is a plus, but freshers with the right skill set are welcome to apply!
