Once the center is onboard with us, you will be starting the center with a minimum of 5 kids enrolled for one batch. Your goal is to maximize revenue from each center by introducing more batches and children per batch. Student Enrolment You will be responsible for planning the events to generate leads for that center. You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities and events to increase student enrollments. Cover the online leads created through our online campaigns . Retention & CollectionsYou will be required to manage relationship with all key stakeholders- parents, teachers and the centre partner.. You need to ensure customer retention and up selling to existing students .Generate referrals . This is a role that will include working from home and traveling. Prior sales experience in the education sector is mandatory.
Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
You should be mobile to visit Cedarwood centers every day between 4 p.m. to 7 pm, Mon to Friday
You should be available for Cedarwood events on Saturdays
You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities and events to increase student enrollments
You will be required to manage relationship with all key stakeholders. You should be capable of nurturing contacts consistently over the year, in order to productively use the database to benefit Cedarwood
You need to ensure customer retention and up-selling to the existing database
Working on Lead Square will be required, so knowledge of sales management systems is required.
Excellent communication skills
Prior experience as a center coordinator or admission counselor in a Preschool
Hands-on experience with Lead Square or a sales management system
Own a vehicle to travel to the centers.
